We The People is seeking an energetic Human Resources professional to join our growing team in Melbourne in a part-time (2-days) position of People & Culture Manager. In this role, you’ll be leading our People & Culture practice, supporting our growing team to do the best work of their career. You’ll be responsible for leading key HR initiatives and setting the tone for how we best support our people across the agency group.
